WPS website salutes Operation Fan Mail honorees

GREEN BAY, Wis.—Aug. 8, 2019—WPS Health Solutions has a new website to highlight military personnel and veterans honored through Operation Fan Mail, which is a joint program of the Green Bay Packers and WPS.

Operation Fan Mail honors families with a member who is on active duty, or a member who is a veteran. The Packers and WPS host a family at each home game and recognize them on the field during pregame activities.

The new site, at operationfanmail.com, is a central place to showcase the honorees from the last several seasons. Click on any of the photos in the gallery to see a summary of the honoree, including highlights of his or her military service.

"Through Operation Fan Mail, the Packers and WPS express appreciation to the men and women of the U.S. military for their commitment to defending freedom and their countless sacrifices for our nation.

It’s amazing to read how these men and women have served the United States, many times in combat environments and in remote parts of the world. Our new Operation Fan Mail website offers a glimpse into history as we highlight these outstanding contributions to military service.”

Scott Kowalski, WPS Executive Vice President, Marketing and Business Development.

The Operation Fan Mail site has a link to submit a nomination. To be considered, interested families, or friends of eligible families, may submit an essay, 500 words or less, on why a particular fan should be saluted.

Essays can be sent to:
Operation Fan Mail
P.O. Box 10628

or submitted online at Operation Fan Mail submission.

In addition to being recognized at Lambeau Field prior to the game, selected families receive four tickets to the game and a $150 Packers Pro Shop gift card courtesy of WPS Health Solutions.

The Operation Fan Mail site features current honorees as well as more honorees from earlier years in the program.
