The GHA Charity Committee also collected items to donate to Stand Down.
Stand Down presented us with a list of items that were needed most. We received items such as winter jackets, hats, gloves, scarves, belts, thermal underwear, socks, boots, and shoes.

WPS is committed to supporting community programs that help military personnel and veterans, but K9s for Warriors has an added bonus.
The collected items will be used for the Stand Down 2017 event, which is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Salvation Army of Dane County, 3030 Darbo Drive.
