Chief Growth Officer
Rochelle Myers is Chief Growth Officer at WPS Health Solutions and a member of its Enterprise Leadership Team. She joined the company in 2023 and is responsible for driving development and execution of the company’s growth strategy. She leads enterprise strategy, business development, product innovation, and government relations.
With over 25 years of experience in creating innovation and growth for health companies, Rochelle is skilled in leading high-performing teams to create value and solve complex business problems.
Before joining WPS, Rochelle held senior leadership positions with Accenture, Medica Health Plan, and Sanford Health. She was also Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Minnesota’s largest health plan with 2.8 million members and $14 billion in revenue.
Rochelle is passionate about leveraging the power of technology and human empathy to raise the standard of health care for everyone—regardless of ZIP code. In service of this, she has a track record of successfully building, growing, and scaling strategic partnerships in the digital health space.
She received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
