MADISON, Wis.—March 29, 2021—WPS Health Solutions has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by the Wisconsin State Journal. The list is based solely on employee feedback through a survey by Energage, an employee engagement technology company. The anonymous survey measured 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.
More than 2,325 WPS employees participated in the survey at the end of 2020. Only 45 companies made this year’s list out of over 790 surveyed in the Madison area.
